Postgraduate Diploma Course Director The Postgraduate Diploma Course Director is responsible for the intellectual
substance of the Postgraduate Diploma's programme and its quality. The
director organises and coordinates the programme together with the programme
manager. Programme Manager The Programme manager is responsible for all activities related to the
co-ordination and administration of the diploma course. The programme
manager provides students with all the necessary information about programmes,
courses and related matters, and is there to assist students should problems
arise. Study Coordinator The study coordinator handles all applications for admission to the Postgraduate
Diploma Course and components and supports the students in setting up
their study programmes. Registrar The registrar is responsible for the maintenance of academic records
and matters concerning tuition, examinations, diplomas, certificates,
and transcripts. Formal requests concerning enrolment, tuition, diplomas,
and transcripts must be filed in writing with the registrar. Before filing
any formal request, students should first consult the Rules and Regulations
and discuss the situation with the programme manager.
